Indianapolis area, can be
scheduled in your area if a Board in interested in
hosting the training.

Title: PALM- Practical Application of Loss
Mitigation
Time: 3 hours
This training is designed to teach real estate professionals, both REALTORS®
and attorneys, as
well as housing service providers the steps which
can be implemented to try to keep the borrower in
the home if at all possible. If that is not pos-
sible or practical, then action steps should be
taken to help them sell the house to avoid fore-
closure.
*CE, CLE approval will be requested in Spring 2003.
